My main Q box keeps going black screen , not allowing to change channel , freezing ,
My main q box is totally unresponsive, it won't come on , won't connect to other mini boxes , blue Q light on front slowly goes on and off , if power light goes green at all. I thing still happens , I think box has had its day , customers services are saying 2-3 weeks before they can sort it
