You need to call Sky and arrange an engineer to install a new dish and the required cables. The normal TV aerial will not be done by Sky.

hi @Alexander+Friday

If the SKY Q box(es) was(were) in the property you will also need to make sure SKY aware as they may wish to replace them rather than run the risk of problems due to smoke damage

I have removed your duplicate post on another thread as it's not needed. You've been provided with advice on this one.

If you end up having to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Be aware that as with most large companies nowadays the start will be automated and these automated responses may try to send you back to the forum.

@Alexander+FridaySky may well charge for the dish and box etc as it would not be a maintenance replacement, unless you have Sky protect you probably will be able to claim on your house/contents insurance.

As @bob1234 states you may get charged. My next door neighbour had a fire 10 years ago which unfortunately damaged our dish, cables and phone wires. To my recollection we were not charged by Sky or Openreach for replacements (but that was in 2013).
