My connection cable is damaged and I need a replacement

The cable which powers the sky box is damaged. The sky box does not turn on.

If it is the normal power lead with figure of eight connection plug to the Q box then these are readily available from Online or High street stores.   If it is mechanical damage then Sky are under no obligation to replace it.
