@Srenoldi99 the first thing to try is always to reboot main Sky Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

 

but you willreally need to give us a bit more information 

such as

what do you see on the screen ? are you getting any error messages ?
