My additional sky box not working

My main Q box is working but the additional box in my daughters room is not. I have rebooted Router several times. All green lights are on. I have a step 1 message asking me to press a bottom on remote, which I do. Then step 2 is to press the arrows button until it flashes, which I do but then step 3 doesn't come up. I have tried everything advised and this is so frustrating. Please can someone help

@Rachae at step 2 you need to press the WPS(arrows button) on your nearest piece of Sky Q equipment ie your main box another mini or if your broadband is with Sky your router


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
