My sky box gets hot. Do you need to replace it please? When is it due for an undate?

There will be no automatic contact from Sky due to you posting on here as this is primarily a customer helps customer forum and you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services.

Sky will only change your Sky Q box if it's faulty in some way. They are meant to get warm but you should be able to rest your hand down on it.
