My Sky q

Hi. I would like to know why I pay £16 for a sky box. I have no Sky programmes!

What type of Sky box is it? Sky+? Sky Q? Sky Stream? Have you ever subscribed to Sky in the past? Did you sign up to a long term contract?

Hi @Nala1311   You don't pay for a Sky Q box, it is on loan to you. Is the £16 for an Essential TV subscription, which allows you to view and record free-to-air programmes through the Sky Q box?

If you cancel your subscription then you have to return the Q box (if you are referring to use the apps on the box).
