My Sky Q mini box isn’t working. The message is “there is a technical fault with this channel “

I've reset it and all connections are ok. 
the main box is working with no issues although I had to reset it earlier today as the hard drive had to be reset. 
the mini box was buffering so I tried resetting it but now I get the above message and no channels at all although the Home Screen loads ok

Have you carried out a Network reset on the mini?

I'm resetting the main box as per Sky directions but I'll try that next if no luck
