My Sky Q mini box connection is very poor - I get a few second connection before it freezes and this

I've had problems with mini box vonnection and have called twice recently. An engineer came out the first time and you were able to help me over the phone the second time. The connection is so poor that it's unwatchable - it freezes and jumps around literally every few seconds
