My Sky Q box keeps jumping back and replaying the same seconds over and over

I can't watch GB news anymore. It jumps back every few seconds and plays them over and over. I've reset, unplugged and fired up again. Still no better. Now it says your programme can't be loaded. I've had this problem for months but normally a reset will fix it for a few hours. Nothing fixes it now
