My Sky Q Mini box is not working.

My Sky Q Mini box is not working. It is not initializing after I disconnected it to reconnect to another TV. It says 'wait 2 minutes,' but it never goes further. I've disconnected it a few times, but it is still stuck in its initialization.

Hi @faranoosh 

There is a small reset button on the back of the mini.

Switch the Q box off at the mains and then hold the reset button in when you switch it back on.  You need to hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds.
