Engineer date which was told is changed
I was told that the engineer will be coming on 13/12/23 and yesterday i got an email saying 18/12/23 I'm literally disappointed with this and can't accept this changed of date
As there is a function on 16/12 and i wanted it to be done before that so i was ok with 13/12
I really want it to be done on 13/12 and thats it

@A_dec_19 You're only telling other customers via the forum and we have no control over dates provided by Sky or their partners. Not sure what the relevance of a function has to do with Sky Q though.
