My Sky Q Box keeps unpausing itself

When I pause a i then find that the  Sky  Q box pause as it should but after approx 30 secs it decides to unpauses itself. Then the rewind function only backs up a few seconds and program resarts itself from the last rewind position.

Im having the same problem live tv programs are unpausing themselves every so many seconds why ?
