My Dky Q box isn’t working- just send me a new one please

My Sky Q box is not working- please send a new one as the engineer isn't coming for 10 days

Nobody here can do that - we're customers. If an engineer has been booked, it's likely that Sky has determined that a replacement box might not be the answer.
