I upgraded to sky q online in December. The form asks you how many multiscreens you would like - there was no zero option so had no choice but to receive one also at no point did it clearly state that I would be entering into a contract, this does not seem fair. As l have now found out, l am too late to cancel and l am now paying for something l did not want in the first place. When I spoke to an advisor he informed me that if l had phoned to upgrade, l would have been given the option, so why was l not given that option online?

@Poooooooooooooooo Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
