Multiscreen offer

Hi, I have seen offer for sky multiscreen for £5. My word the advert is a mess. Seems like it says 24 month contract but when I click on the terms and conditions it's outdated and says 18 months. To make it more confusing when I add it to basket it says

'rolling contract' price valid for '24 months'. I read this as I can cancel at any time?

Of course trying to speak to anyone is impossible. Can anyone advise?

If it is a rolling contract then yes @mjd1986 @this can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

Also bear in mind that Multiscreen does not automatically come with a mini unless it is clearly specified.

If the terms are not clearly stated best to speak to Sky directly.

Re: Multiscreen offer

It's strange as the advert says 24 month contract which seems odd. But basket says this

It isn't the clearest but it could be read that this promotional price will remain at £5 for 24 months and not that it is a 24 month contract.

That's correct @mjd1986

It's the offer that valid for 24 months (not the contract which can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice)

Re: Multiscreen offer

Sadly it's not correct. Soon as I clicked order, the email said 24 month contract. I called and protested but they wouldn't budge. Very misleading

Agreed @mjd1986

Re: Multiscreen offer

Similar here: offer referenced as "rolling contract", with the discounted price valid for 24 month, however confirmation email states 24 month contact, which is not what I'd agree to when confirming the order.
