Do you mean you have a Sky Q Mini box that will not turn on?

If you sign into Sky Help here and follow the steps for Q equipment that won't turn on, you should be offered a replacement: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-q

Hi @Satpal 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
