With Sky Q it's Multiscreen. Give Sky a call to order. There used to be an option on your Sky Q box but I don't think that's active anymore more. If you want the loan of a mini box or boxes as well remember to order the Multiscreen subscription and the mini box. The box doesn't come automatically if you just order Multiscreen.
