Are you trying to connect it via wifi to your BT disc ?

The mini boxes won't connect via wifi to any 3rd party (i.e. no SKY) wifi

I think you might be able to connect it to your disc via ethernet if the Main Box is also connected to your BT mesh via ethernet (either router or another disc)

As above, the Q won't maintain a connection to a BT disc via WiFi.

Put the discs near the Q boxes and connect them via Ethernet.  Disable WiFi on the Q boxes.
