Multiple issues with shy Q

1) sky q just loops if either running forward or backwards.  It will move along the timeline then jump straight back to point of origin. So fast fowarding ir ewinding no longer works correctly.

2) programs not re pcording even though they are series linked.  The link just disappears resulting in programs not getting revorded.

3) sky q just freezing or shutting down on its own with no means of restoring it  the blue light on the bix just goes round in circles but no image at all. Only restores if it is forced piwer cycled. 

Can anyone confirm if they have experienced these issues. Personally i think the box needs to changed as behaviour is not right.
