Multi-room

I currently have 2 multi screens but now only need 1, if I send 1 back will it reduce my monthly fee or does it not matter how many boxes you have?

You won't save money: the Multiscreen subscription supplement is the same each month for one, two, three or four Mini boxes.

In addition, if Unipart Logistics lose the returned box (which could well happen for an unexpected return) then you'll be charged for the hardware.  Best to either keep it in use or at least hold onto it safely.

hi @sT331

No the subscription is the same irrespective of how many boxes.

Probably best to keep the box you don't need as sending just one back might not get properly recorded on the system - best to leave it until you need to send both back

P.S. If you also keep it you can use it at a later date should you wish - getting it back/another would incurr another admin fee
