Was wondering if there is a deal on having multi room for long  service customer please.

That's something you'll have to ask Sky.  We can't give you a deal.

For Sky Q (where you've posted) you need to order Multiscreen and if you want a mini box / boxes order them at the same time. It's not automatically added.

I suspect you are unlikely to get a deal on the Monthly Multiscreen subscription.   However the first mini is normally supplied with the one off upfront fee waived.
