Hi, I have ordered sky q and looking to add multi room, how do I do this?

It's Multiscreen for Sky Q (and Multiroom for Sky+). The easiest way is to call Sky, especially if you wish to order a minibox at the same time, and ordering one doesn't automatically include the other.
