Multi room signal issues

I have Sky Q with 4 mini boxes. All the mini boxes except 1 work reasonably fine (just need resetting every so often) but one of the bedroom ones just seems to consistently be problematic. It is the furthest from the main box (in a bedroom) but we have a sky wifi booster outside the room. Despite the booster, this box constantly freezes and disconnects from the WiFi network.

Any ideas on what I should do next?

Hi @NikkiA

Assume it's a Sky WiFi booster you have?

If it is then reconnect the booster to the nearest Q device using WPS (other then the problem mini you are trying to connect)

Once it is connected carry out a Network reset on the problem  mini

Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with nearest Q device (assume it's the Sky Q booster)
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the Booster  (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).
