As we're other customers here we can't say for sure.

From posts in the forum it can be next day to weeks.

A very minor point but Multiroom relates to Sky+. For Sky Q it is Multiscreen.

Did you order a Sky Q mini box? They aren't automatically sent when ordering Multiscreen.

Hi @Roger+fuller   As long as you actually ordered one, they normally arrive very quickly, I.e. in just 2 to 3 working days. Check your orders.
