Multi room box

I added multi room to my sky package yesterday, can you let me know how long the box will take to be delivered please

As we're other customers here we can't say for sure.

 

From posts in the forum it can be next day to weeks.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

A very minor point but Multiroom relates to Sky+. For Sky Q it is Multiscreen.

 

Did you order a Sky Q mini box? They aren't automatically sent when ordering Multiscreen

Hi @Roger+fuller   As long as you actually ordered one, they normally arrive very quickly, I.e. in just 2 to 3 working days. Check your orders.
