My multi room has been off for some time and I am trying to reconnect as I've been having an extension. It's like the remote isn't linking to the box and the screen remains blue. It's asking to press the circle button on the remote but nothing is happening. Help please?

Hi @Nicolebradwills I would start by resetting your remote by holding down 7 & 9 until you see four flashes. The remote should now work in IR mode (direct line of sight). It should now work and can be paired again when you are ready by holding down 1 & 3 and follow the instructions on the screen. Obviously, check the batteries if it hasn't been used for a while.
