Multi Room Not Working for 6 Weeks
so for 6 weeks now we have not had sky multi room ( 2 multi boxes ). We have had engineers out 3rd Feb. They said it was a subscription issue and nothing to the technical team could resolve. After numerous phone calls to customer services ( each lasting 45min plus) still no resolution. After submitting a complaint early last weeek still no contact made. Wondering if anyone else has had an issue with multi box not working saying 'subscription issue' which I should point out has been confirmed there is no subscription issue. We have followed every step by step guide ( updates , viewing card, re-set etc etc ) we have made contact with customer services numerous times and yet 6 weeks latter we are still in the same position as we were - no access to sky tv on 2 tvs for 6 weeks now. I would have previously agreed sky had one of the best customer services, however the last few times we have contacted them we have had no resolution, we are still unable to view recordings via sky go on iPad and iPhones ( apparently after 6 months plus of ongoing contact this has been put down to an issue with Apple and not sky ) long story short we have no access to to sky on 2 tvs, no way of watching recordings on iPad / iPhone and no support from sky. Anyone else had enough of being pushed from pillar to post with no resolution??
