Hi, I want to switch to an internet-only Sky box that does not require a satellite dish (e.g. Sky Stream). I no longer want a satellite connection. Please can you arrange this replacement my current box with an internet-only one free of charge, and outline the steps to complete the switch. Thanks.

If they ask why, simply say that you want to remove the satellite and have a smaller sky box

@MansukhKataria The community users cannot assist with this matter, you will either have to order Sky Stream from the website or call Sky to place the order.

Hi @MansukhKataria   I'm afraid that you are not talking to Sky, just other customers. However if you simply go online to your My Sky and select TV -> Stream it will give you an instant quote to change to Stream.
