Moving sky q box

I want to move sky q box from one room to another so I can continue to watch in UHD. how much will it cost? Are there other alternatives ( don't want sky stream)?

@scottygees1 if you need an engineer to move cables from the dish then the fee will be £65 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

I'm just wondering if you managed to contact sky for this? I'm wanting my main sky q box moved too but I can't get through to anyone.

You will have to persevere on the phone. The lines are likely to be busier than usual due to:

  • weather related faults and
  • customers taking advantage of Black Friday offers
