Moving house

My mother in law has sky TV and broadband. She is having to move in with us as she has lost her sight. We don't have sky TV but we do have broadband with a different supplier and we don't want to change. Would she be able to use the TV puck here with our supplier? I've tried all sorts to get InTouch with sky but with no luck so hoping someone here may be able to help Thanks in advance

This is the Sky Q forum, can you confirm what service your mother in law has with Sky? If she has Sky Q then no, you won't be able to use it as you need a satellite dish.

I am just another Sky customer!
