Moving home
We're moving house in a couple of weeks but the "book your move" button doesn't work on the app. If I ring to book it what happens next. Will we be without sky at our present address for a time? As far as I'm aware, the new house doesn't have a sky dish so we will have to have one installed. Thanks.

Unfortunately Q requires a satellite dish feed to receive a subscription validation signal: this is an entirely arbitrary restriction which Sky has always insisted upon.
You'll need to persevere with booking a Home Move, or choose to employ (and pay) a local independent installer to fit a dish and cable.
