Moving home, not Planet

When you go into moving home with sky it says it's in Hand, but they haven't been advised, so move forward into tracking move, it says no orders in place,  Sky help never gets you any nearer to getting somewhere, no telephone numbers, I would like a human

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
