Moving TNT Sports access from BT to Sky

Hello, first post as I can't find the exact same scenario! I currently have TNT Sports (and associated Discovery+ access) via a BT TV subscription but am changing broadband provider soon and will lose the BT TV. I will want to resubscribe to TNT for football and MotoGP but not sure whether to do that directly with Discovery+ Premium (and watch via the app on SkyQ) or to add it to my Sky package directly from the SkyQ box. I do want to continue to be able to watch via the app on my iPhone and iPad so would welcome guidance on the best solution.
