I've just stayed with you after cancelling an got movies put back on an it's now asking me to buy or rent a sky store movie??? If this is the case I'm definitely cancelling again as been false advertising

You are just talking to other customers here @Gemmamciver, but a Sky Cinema subscription does not include Sky Store content, they are (unless offered free as a VIP perk like Venom currently), always chargeable.
