Movie download

I'm trying to download movies, it's saying downloading 0% but not going any further? I've tried cancelling download and doing it again but nothing?

Hi @AmyO1 

Check in Recordings - Most recent to make sure there are no failed Downloads.  Any you find want deleting.

Also delete any in the Manage - Deleted section.
