Month old Sky Q box showing no satellite signal

I only recently upgraded to Sky Q in the last month or so.

it initially worked ok, but it's now showing "No satellite signal"

I have restarted it multiple times, but it makes no difference.

I did ring Sky, and they tried something, but that also made no difference.

The person I spoke to said I could book an engineer using the My Sky app, but that doesn't give me any option to do that. Can this be booked over the phone?

@Rob+ZDT  Try the steps here, when you get to the end you should be able to book an engineer.  https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-q/fixing-sky-q/fixing-live-tv/no-satellite-signal/articl...

No, that doesn't give me the option, when I click on "book an engineer" it gives me an option to upgrade to Sky Q (which I already have), an option to buy their insurance, and something that says contact as using the options below - but there are no actual options.

@Rob+ZDT

Did you click on the Sky Q option in the link or Sky+ in error?

If you need to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Like calling most companies the start will be automated and these automated responses may try to send you back to the forum.
