Hi,
My Sky Q and broadband service ended on 6th August and I am yet to receive the returns box.
I gave my new address to the customer service rep on the phone but it hasn't arrived.
Please can a new one be sent?

You're only addressing fellow customers on this forum - we have no access to your account and cannot action this.
It can take several weeks for packaging to be sent out so give it another couple of weeks and if nothing shows up give Sky a ring and ask them.
