Missing recording

I recorded the F1 this afternoon, started to watch it after the recording had stopped. Had to stop watching for an hour or so, when I've come back to start watching again the recording has disappeared. Not in deleted recording etc. looked in the on demand section and it's not there to download as well. 
I have scheduled another recording, but it's a bit annoying. 
any help?

Hi @Jon-P   Have you tried a power reboot, just in case it is a glitch.

Yeah, just did that. No difference. 

can't even find it on 'on demand' either. Very bizarre.
