My mini sky q box is always freezing and when it froze whilst watching YouTube I switched it off and turned it back on. Now all I'm seeing on you tube is the search and homepage and setting options, I've lost music, subscriptions, history etc. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you manage to resolve? Checked the living room box and still not showing these tabs so unsure what's happened.

Hi @Chey1
First try rebooting the main Q box and then when this is completely back up and running reboot the mini.
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
Reboot the mini as above.
If the mini still does not connect reliably try a Network Reset on the mini.
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).
If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box. If you do this make sure you press the Sky router WPS button and not the router reset button.

Thanks, tried it still but still not showing. It's working fine on my phone but just not on the sky box.

Hi @Chey1
Have you tried refreshing the Apps in the main Q box Hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Select Apps
then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box.
You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing
It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.
Refresh Apps can take up to 24 hrs to complete .

Tried refreshing, logging out and back in the same. Hopefully it'll work tomorrow. Just called my mum and all of hers are showing on her sky so guess it's just a problem I'm having as usual with sky :(.
Just unsure how it disappeared seconds after, I've tried researching and it only speaks about the mobile app rather than TV/Sky box apps. Would be great if I could attach a pics for others to see what I mean is wrong. Literally the gaming, movies and all others have just gone..
Thanks for your help!
