So, a few months ago I cancelled Sky Q and sent back the boxes remotes etc. they didn't say about sending back the old card, but I did anyway. Few weeks later ordered Sky stream, tried that for a couple months but can't get on with the box, crashes sound sync issues, had a replacement, but no difference, so called them today and have gone back to Sky Q.
after calling them and getting it all arranged I forgot to ask about the viewing card, does anyone know if they'll send a new card as I cancelled my old service, or would they re use the old one??

There is no guarantee that they will send a new card as they may assume that as a returning customer you kept your old one.
Best to contact them to make sure they send you another.
