Missing episode series link

I have trigger point on series link and I have them all except episode 4. Why is this missing and how do I find it to include episode 4,please?

Voice Search 

Trigger point finds all episodes which you can download.

Also if you  go into Catch up on the home  menu.

ITV Entertainment..

Ep 4 is available there as well/

Thanks for the response. I can find it elsewhere but, when I click s2e4 on catch up, it says episode 4 is not available. All other available episodes are showing but not 4!

Hi @JimDubya ,

Have you checked your deleted recordings to see if you can recover the deleted recording?

To do this, go to Manage followed by Deleted and select Undelete.

If it is not showing in Deleted Recordings, you will be able to watch this using ITVX streaming service on your Sky Q box.

I recorded all 6 episodes & yesterday they were all there, watched 1-3  this evening & 4 has gone. Me thinks ITV  & sky have removed it forcing you to watch adverts on itv X.
