Missing bbc1

Having trouble with bbc1 hd south. Screen keeps dissolving, then ok for a minute, then blank screen, back to dissolving again.

Are you in the BBC One South region? BBC One South and Sky Mix are broadcast on the same frequency so it seems that your dish may be slightly out of alignment. The best thing to do is contact Sky so they can book an engineer visit.

It's on Sky plus, also same problem on Sky Mix HD
