Missed appointment

Hi All, I received a message today stating that the engineer couldn't make it to my installation - this is ok as unexpected things happen, however the tracking information in my Sky suggests that a missed appointment is expected to be fulfilled on the same day or next day if that isn't possible - I also received a note saying that I would be treated as a priority case and that I should book online. 

The next available date is +1 month after the expected installation date - is this really the best option available to me?
