Minibox not working

My minibox has two messages. One says I have a weak or no hdmi signal. The other says I have no network connection. My main Q box is working fine.

Changed the cables, unplugged, restarted etc etc. Still nothing. The remote will not work either.

Would prefer to speak to a real person but it appears Sky don't do that!!
