I recently got rid of Sky broadband and upgraded to PlusNet full fibre broadband.
My main Sky Q box works perfectly fine with the new router, however when i try and connect my Sky Q minibox in the bedroom, it will work for anything between 5 seconds and 5 mins before giving the message 'Your minibox is unable to connect to Sky Q' with an error message MR204
I have tried rebooting both boxes, resetting both boxes, and each time it connects fine for a few seconds and then drops out again. With the old bog standard Sky broadband, the minibox worked ok.
Any ideas beyond the usual switching it off and on again guff?

@UKRugbyplayer1968 with a third party broadband provider you mini box does not connect to your new router it needs to connect to your main box
