Mini boxes
I've got sky q ( compatible with 2 mini boxes) and multi room subscription.
I can only get one mini box working. When I attempt to turn on the second I get the message that Maximum number of sky q mini boxes are already in use'
That's my problem only one is in use. What do I need to do as multi room is virtually useless unless I can get 3 mini boxes worked.
be grateful for help and advise.

@Billy538 you have the original 1TB non UHD box they can only support 1 mini box at a time you would need to upgrade to either any 2 TB box or the newer 1 TB box that is capable of UHD/HDR all these boxes are capable of supporting 2 mini boxes the Hardware versions are 32B0,32B1 and 32B2
