Mini boxes will not connect to sky q box

Since the sky outage, I have 2 mini boxes which won't connect to the main sky Q box.

have tried tried everything from from switching everything off, and reactivating...nothing works.
I am also with Vodafone for internet...which is working.

Sky tv works, but no apps etc.
