i I have been trying to 24 hours now to get my mini boxes to talk to my main sky q box, I have tried every trick in the book, including speaking at length to a sky technician, it isn't working and I cannot get my mini boxes to work. It's all working fine on the main tv and main box. I badly need someone to come to my house and help
Having rung Sky and done some troubleshooting with an agent how was the issue left? Did the agent not offer to arrange an engineer visit?
