Mini box

Hi all, having problems with skyq mini box. Put in 3 numbers on remote eg 145 but box takes ages to change channel. If I try to rewind recordings it will takes a horrendously long time or not rewind at all. 
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, cheers

Try a power cycle on the main box.

 

If it continues then it may be an issue with the main box.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
