Hi,I have cancelled my q mini box and some other sky feature however I then have re subscribed myself to new contract with mini box.
I keep getting an e mail to send my mini box back which doesn't make sense since I have a new deal.
what shall I do?

I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch & should be able to advise / assist you.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
